Kinetic is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or decompile any part of the app, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

All content, design, and software in Kinetic is the intellectual property of its developers. The exercise library, form cues, program catalog, training templates, and app copy are original authored works protected by copyright and may not be extracted, scraped, or reproduced for any commercial purpose, including building or training competing fitness products or services. Preset libraries and templates are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.

Your workout data and personal records are yours. These restrictions cover Kinetic's authored content only, not the data you generate by using the app.

Kinetic is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy in all calculations and features, you are responsible for verifying that any weights, sets, or programs are appropriate for your fitness level and health condition. Always consult a qualified fitness professional before beginning a new training program.

Use of the app in violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your KINETIC+ subscription access.

Kinetic and the Charge mark (the upward-arrow K symbol) are trademarks of the Kinetic developers. You may not use the Kinetic name, the Charge mark, or any confusingly similar name or symbol in connection with any competing product or service without prior written permission.

References to Kinetic in reviews, tutorials, or personal content describing your experience with the app are permitted and welcome.

KINETIC+ is an optional subscription that unlocks premium features. Purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are subject to their respective terms, billing policies, and refund rules.

KINETIC+ includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

If you reinstall Kinetic or move to a new device on the same platform account, use Restore Purchase to re-check prior KINETIC+ access. Kinetic does not have access to your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple or Google.

The information, calculations, and training programs provided in Kinetic are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. One-rep max estimates, calorie calculations, and strength benchmarks are estimates based on established formulas and may not reflect your individual physiology.

Kinetic's developers are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome arising from use of the app or any training program or recommendation within it. Use all features at your own risk and in accordance with your personal health circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinetic is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
